As a Boston Qualifier with a 2:56 marathon personal best, I know firsthand what it takes to balance speed and strength. I thrive on pushing limits and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. Over the years, I’ve coached athletes to crush their first marathon, achieve Boston Qualifiers, and set personal bests — all by blending the power of weight training with smart, structured running. My philosophy is simple: stronger runners are faster runners. Too often, runners neglect the gym and end up battling injuries or plateauing in performance. On the other side, strength athletes may want to improve endurance but don’t know how to run without losing power. Hybrid Running bridges that gap.
